For effective endodontic treatment the early diagnostics and justification of treatment are needed, as well as an endodontal microscope available and CT examination (computer tomography). If early diagnostics allows us to carry out effective endodontic treatment on a real time basis, use of microscope and computer tomography represents a guide-book for treatment planning providing data of topographic anatomy and its varieties to us.
