Kinesiotherapy

An integral part of a healthy lifestyle is motor activity.

Kinesiotherapy

Dance and gymnastics classes, hiking and cycling – any dynamic activity is good for the body. However, most people spend a lot of time in a sedentary position, and relaxation consists of scrolling through social networks while lying in bed.

Unfortunately, a person is reminded of the need to move by painful sensations in the neck, back, joints. Then we start to turn our heads, stretch, “crunch” the neck. But if you do not take action in time, it will only get worse. As a result of hypodynamia (sedentary lifestyle), osteochondrosis, intervertebral disc protrusions, hemorrhoids, etc. occur.

AT PRIZMA MEDICAL CENTER REHABILITOLOGIST, WHO DRAWS UP AN INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF MOVEMENT THERAPY. SUCH EXERCISES HELP TO RECOVER FROM INJURIES, HELP WITH MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS AND EXCESS WEIGHT.

What do movement therapy sessions involve?

Before starting rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, a specialist conducts a consultation, during which he finds out the current state of the patient’s organism. Then an individual program with a set of exercises is drawn up.

The patient visits the rehabilitologist’s office and performs exercises under the supervision of a specialist. If necessary, the rehabilitologist corrects the technique and applies passive manual techniques.
